Mr. Monami listening during a private consultation
Mr. Monami guiding a strategy conversation

Focused on your next move

Practical · candid · confidential

more than a conversation

Leave with a clearer decision and a plan you can actually use

You do not need another generic motivational call. You need someone who can listen for what is missing, respectfully challenge the story you are telling yourself, and help turn a complicated situation into a workable next step.

Every consultation begins with your real situation—not a preset script. The discussion is shaped around the decision, transition, relationship, audience, or business challenge in front of you.

  • Separate facts from assumptions
  • Identify the decision that matters most
  • Turn insight into specific next actions
  • See professional and personal impact together

We separate facts, fears, assumptions, and competing priorities so the real decision becomes visible.

03. challenge

Expect candid questions and respectful pushback where a blind spot may be slowing progress.

04. move

We close with priorities, concrete actions, and a practical way to measure forward movement.

the perspective in the room

Your situation is rarely only personal or professional

A career decision can affect identity and family. A business problem can expose a communication problem. A cross-cultural misunderstanding can involve language, expectations, money, pride, and belonging at the same time.

Mr. Monami brings military leadership, life in South Korea, broadcast experience, creator entrepreneurship, and a cross-cultural marriage into one grounded perspective—without pretending every problem has a simple answer.

01

leadership & transition

03

04

message & delivery

For speakers preparing a keynote, panel, interview, virtual session, or high-stakes public conversation.

cross-cultural perspective in action

Watch “Moving to Thailand” and see how assumptions shape big decisions

This conversation shows the kind of candid, lived perspective Mr. Monami brings to questions about culture, relocation, expectations, and building a life beyond what feels familiar.

  • Question familiar assumptions
  • Prepare for cultural differences
  • Make relocation decisions with context
  • Build connection through curiosity

experience behind the session

Perspective built across service, media, business, and family

Mr. Monami brings more than twenty years of leadership and service, military life in South Korea, closed-circuit AFAP conference broadcasting, creator entrepreneurship, and the realities of building a cross-cultural life with Mia, who now serves as a Soldier herself.

That range helps uncover how career, identity, family, culture, communication, and business decisions affect one another—then turn the conversation into a manageable next move.

Before

A short intake identifies the decision, desired outcome, and what you have already tried.

During

Direct questions separate facts from assumptions and reveal the choice that actually matters.

After

Where included, a concise recap captures priorities, decisions, and concrete next actions.

Accountability

Packages add milestone tracking and structured follow-through so insight becomes movement.
