Mr Monami, available through MrMonami.com, is a brand and product of One Big Media Company LLC. These Terms govern access to our websites, content, products, services, subscriptions, forms, payment pages, communities, and related offerings.

Unless a written refund policy appears on the relevant checkout page, sales are final and non-refundable. Subscription cancellation stops future billing but does not refund prior charges. Payment plans remain due unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Big Media Company LLC and associated parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service during the preceding twelve months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, risk, nonpayment, or conduct harmful to us or other users.
